New Vossen HF7 wheels

Have been looking to buy new wheels for my cx9 and finally decided on staying with 20 in diameter. I wanted to keep the ride, handling and gas mileage close to stock as that is where the cx9 excels. I also want to keep it for a while so hey, lets do like Mazda is planning and make it look upmarket. I think it worked out good...yes, 21s or 22s would look cool, but i think with the Vossen 20's it complements the CX9 styling well and it actually rides better! The rims are 9 in wide (Which has improved turning response and road feel through the steering wheel) vs the stock 8 and a half and tires are the same stock tire spec 255 50series Michelin Premier LTX's i had on the stock rims, 20,000 miles on them. Wheels are 38 offset so they stick out a little bit more than stock. Wheel have machined edges that you really cant see in pics. Also, i am at 90,000 miles now, new engine has 24,000 trouble free miles on it so far and runs great...First brakejob at 86,000 miles....

Looking good! I've been considering selling my 22s and going back to 20s. My wife is just not careful enough with the car, and it seems like every time she drives the car, it comes back with a new scuff or curb mark on the rims. 😞

I use something called an EZ Detail Wheel Brush. Soft but firm bristles on a flexible shaft, makes it easy to clean the spokes, wheel barrel and any small windows between spokes. Wheel Woolies are another brush that seems to be similar.
