the jack will go under the passanger seat..or the drivers

the was no way for amatures like us to make a functional opening to access that arear

Just a safety recommendation -- fabricate some sort of bracket to hold the jack in place under a seat. If you ever get into a rollover, if it's not secured it will go flying around...and that jack is fairly dense & heavy. Jack flying at head @ 50mph = bad.

just finished doing the floor panel, came out with a nice fit. hopefuly it will be finished by this weekend.

yeah, thanks for the pointer, we decided to mount it on top of the subwoofer box, since that area will be covered and won't be seen unless u lower the rear seats

hey im thinkin about somewat of a same set up, but do u thinka custom box would work for behind the back seats? or get a whole box? n if u can wat kind of box do u think? a enclosed one?

wow great setup man. im deffiently going to give this a shot. i've always wondered what i would do if i got a flat and had to access the spare. great thinking. Very nice job. Big props.

More Updates!!!!

finished the sides where the two amps will go...they were a lot harder than predicted, but came out great. the spare is still fully accesible

Does anybody have any suggestions on a material to use between the wooden floor and the frame?....we r going to drill the two together, but we wanna put some sort of soft, even material between them

pics r 56k friendly

don't mean to thread jack but quick question. DOes our trunks fit a full size spare? or will the donut have to do? Thanks. GOod looking trunk btw.

i dont think it can fit a full size spare in that small dip in the back. i guessing only the donut.

yeah, no way to fit a regular sized wheel unless u weld out the 3 bottom supports..then it might fit

hey how much have u guys spent so far on this project? i might b doin this soon orderin some rockfords n i wanted to make it look nice in the trunk just like wat u guys did.
