New to the Mazda scene can anyone tell me why Mazda and about the lifestyle

I used to be into Vw's as well..I owned a 96 Gti Vr6, 80 Scirocco, 87 Scirocco and a 2002 Gti 1.8T that was fully bolted and Apr tuned. I guess the biggest attraction was the output in power for me that brought me into the Mazda brand after driving the Mazdaspeed3...
It reminded me so much of my Gti but had alot more power from the start, reliabilty seems to exceed the Vw's for sure, Vw always took care of me when I needed work done, but I got to the point that I felt like I couldn't take a trip in the car fearing that it might break down on me.
I still like the Dub scene and how serious the people are about it, but just can't get over the reliability issues that they have. I think if you decide to go with a Mazda..this site is a great start, most of the people here are cool and all about the cars just like me.

mazda are great cars, they have a very good association with road racing and AutoX. You will alway find great and nice people mazda owners at any track. More then willing to help you out.
This forum is a great community, tons of info and you will be respected and received tons of help
Also mazda is the only the manufacturer that will sponsor the weekend racer with the mazdaspeed development team. All you need to have is a SCCA membership and proof that your are active in the AutoX and Road Racing
The design of the cars are great, the interiors are very nice looking and have that new edgy appeal to the them.
All in all mazda builds cars that are fun to drive, you read any review about them and they all say they are tons of fun to drive and will always leave a smile on your face.

same goes for me. im on my 2nd stock street leagle race car. its an 11 speed3. they handle fantasticly, they are faster than most cars in in higher classes. there are alot of folks out there who spent alot more money , that cant keep up. sorrry bout thier luck. zoom zoom baby. its how we roll. real fast. lol
