New to Mazda - Exhaust Question?

Hey all new to the forum and just got a 2006 Mazda3s hatch. Sweet!

Anyway I want to do some small mod's, just need to be mindful of how much I am spending right now. It has an OBX Racing Sports muffler out the back looks great, but not getting any rumble at all.

How many resonators are there, is there another muffler under there as well that I could take off and weld a straight pipe in replacement for less restriction and some more sound. I want to make sure I remove the ones with no sensors.

There should be 1 resonator. I believe it's in front of the rear wheels.

yeah...true it was the first things I was thinking about......I am not getting any exhaust note at all.......just think the guy who had it before me threw a muffler on with everything else still muffling underneath......

Engine sounds great with CAI it roars....just want a little exhaust note right now....

do away with the cat if you want it a little louder. Go Borla when you're ready to play with the big kids
