Installed my MP3 springs today, what a huge difference! Less body roll, little bit stiffer. Still rides really nice. Hopefully they'll settle soon. The car still sits almost at the same height as stock. handles incredibly though.

Big thanks to NCMP3 for the springs!

well with the MP3 springs your only gonna notice a 3/4" drop, wasn't sure if you knew that

it'll settle to proper height, but it won't give you the slammed look or even the tucked look.

I'll get some pics soon. I put them on the evening before I went in for surgery, so it'll be a couple more days before I even get out. The rear immediately looks dropped , but the front still hasn't settled.

Mine have been on for about 7 months 3200 miles and the front still looks higher that the back. I think the rear wheel well is a little smaller than the front or something.

Did you have problems getting the rear ones to fit properly? The reason your car looks funny is because sedan springs are coiled differently in the rear then the Protege5. I hope they work out for you. I had a set of MSP springs on mine at first and they looked horrible. They also did not seat properly in the rear. No damaged was caused by this but the car did not ride properly.

I put mine at my shop will all the right tools, spring compressors (big set-up that mounts to the wall), etc. They fit fine and the ride is great. I put everything together off the car, not how i've read some of these guys doing them lowering the jack so the weight of the car compresses them.

how bad for the struts would the 3/4" drop be?? how long would the struts lasts?? or no difference w/ p5 springs?? just wondering..

I did notice the difference in the coils on the rear. I just installed the upper mounts in the same place they were with the stock springs. Glauconite, the drop is so minimal it shouldn't have any negative effect on the struts.

I love the ride, and I don't have to worry as much about my friends driveway incline because the springs don't let the car bounce as much.

here a before and after pic. Not too much difference, but that's kinda what I wanted anyway.

You would need struts after awhile.
