they made an OEM part out of urethane!? Why didnt they use ABS plastic?

it could be abs plastic....all i said is its not fiberglass....not sure what it is (other than fiberglass) since i have not had the two side by side to compare them

pretty much.....deppending on how many clear coat layers you have.......

the fiberglass sucks, it chips if u scrape too much, will break if u tap something, just simply isnt bendable at all. Once you hit 1 nasty pot hole that thing will just break the **** off.

same here.....although I STILL prefer OEM optional sedan lip versus this new one.

OEM one looks slick and makes car evil in a calm way.....where this new one is right outta blue has a "b**** ill eat ya alive!" violent look, hehe. Not my style though.

So is this new lip ONE peace that fits on the factory bumper or do we have to buy the oem lip and put this on it? The picture looks like it's in two peaces.

I dont think you need oem lip in order to fit this fiberglass one on.........plus I already have 1st dibs on justanotheradik's oem lip if he decides to sell it. (thumb)
