Cool that's just as stock as it can be. And arguably desirable features like a manual rack and no sunroof. You might have the lightest optioned FC available.
Couple things I see right off the bat:
Remove your cold start assis reservoir and manifold sensor and put on a block off plate. It's absolutely worthless.
Brake fluid eek!
Painting the wiper arms is a small job but makes a huge difference in appearance

The cold start assist. when the car senses it's too cold to start, it sprays a defrosting liquid into the intake manifold. Mazda later sent out a letter that the system does NOTHING. It doesn't work at all. Pointless waste of space. innovative idea, and nice that they tried but it was a mistake. they added it to the car las minute so they didn't have time to test it. It's that little green reservoir behind your charcoal canister.

Next summer for sure, the engine and tranny have really low milege so I want to work on the body and suspension first.

If a 13bt is being considered you should sell your car right now and get a turbo II. You have no idea how much is involved in going from non turbo to turbo
