New Product Release Pre-Order - MAZDA 3 SKYACTIV Panel Filter

JBR

:
09' & 2011 MazdaSpeed3
JBR is proud to be the very first to offer an OEM replacement Dry Flow drop in panel filter for the Mazda 3 SKYACTIV Engines. We have been working with K&N Engineering for the last 7 months developing this filter and it's ONLY available from JBR. This filter flows 200% more air than disposable filters and requires NO oiling. Increased horsepower, torque and fuel economy all from simply replacing the air filter! This filter is washable too making it the LAST FILTER YOU WILL EVER BUY!!

Not only is this filter only available from JBR but, we are the ONLY company to have them with an all black filter media. It may be enclosed in the air box but we felt it would still be cool to know there is one bad ass stealth looking filter in there.

Man, if you would have just posted this a bit earlier lol I threw away my packaging stuff already too =(

The shipping to Canada is the only thing making me question this

It's a complete rip off shipping some items up to you folks. I wish I could get the cost down but that is what we actually pay. We don't mark up our shipping.

I believe that and I've bout things from you before and have been very happy with them.

All pre-orders are in and will be shipping tomorrow if not already.

The filters are currently in stock now and ready to ship.

Thanks,
Jamie

Well it still shows it as Pre-Order with a 3-4 week wait...? Are you guying planning on changing the page on it, since the filters are in stock?

Okay, I have to ask: Why would K&N help create a filter (for a competing company) that outperforms their own? Perhaps their maximum particulate pass-through has been exceeded, so they will not sell the newly-designed filter, themselves? Mazdaspeed and AEM use the same filter for their conical CAI system, (I have the MS system in my MX5) but the filters flow the same.
Honestly, though, I expect that there will be more particulate pass-through, but I most likely will not put more than 4000 miles per year on that car, whereas the 3 is my commuter and as such will rack up the miles far more quickly.
