I am very interested in this. Can't wait til it is ready and we have the final price. The performance numbers would be nice too. Those haven't been posted yet right? Or did I miss them somewhere.

no not yet. we just finished it today, I will post the numbers soon.

Can you take more pics? Also, the cutout for the 2003.5 is different, will it fit and not rub or melt the bumper?

Does it actually go under the "axle"? Looks like a straight pipe under the trailing arms. Maybe okay for the street guys but some of the racers actually lift the rear to full droop so it might not work.

Anytime Ben, I just want to see the MSP and protege community take off and if thats means giving up my car for a bit I could careless. I just wanted to thank you guys for all the help and being so nice.

Seriously everyone Ben really cares about the MSP aftermarket support, there will be alot of cool things coming from him here in the near future.

Britt, it does go under the rear trailing arm, we did it that way to make the exhuast to have less bents. Jordan has factory springs and the exhaust is 1-1.5" under the arm still, it should clear for others who lift the rear end. we also worry about lower MSP on ground clearance... as far as the 03.5 issue..We have flanged the muffler right at the inlet so if we have to mod it for the 03.5 it will be no problem.
the exhaust is 3 piece full 2.5". we will built a 3" next week also w/ apexi N1 muffler
2.5" est. cost of $550.00
3" est cost of $699.00
The price is "EST" not the final price!!!!!!! I will run a special for forum member when its ready to sale.
Ben

how long do u think it will be until available? Also what kind of muffler did u go with. And is this a cat-back system? Is there a turboback option or a downpipe? Thanks~~~!!!

sssssssseeeeeeeexxxxxxxxyyyyyyyy... can't wait for that 3" to come out. all you vendor type people are making my aftermarket exhaust decision hard!!!

looks sweet apex!! (thumb)

now is it going over or under the rear axle? it's hard to tell from the pics. also, if we have no plans to lower the msp, the clearance is perfectly fine by going under the trailing arm?
