New Paint, New Toys.

I just got the car out of paint.
Sorry, i know its VERY dirty.
i have not wet sanded or buffed yet. so there is a little orange peel and there are other small imperfections that need to be fixed.
My yellow Catz SR fogs are going on latter today, also under car led's. i also have to repaint the rims today, they are looking bad.
I will post pics latter this week when i get done with all the work i have ahead of me.

looks good. only one thing that i wouldnt have done, that painted part on the bumper under the grill looks weird.

its cause the shadow...the part under the grill is the same as the grill

How did you do your rims? Can I get a closer picture? I want to do somethign like that to my stock rims also.

"how to paint your rims.......for dummies"

1) pop out center cap from the inside.

2) Wet snd your rims with 800 grit sand paper. Sand till smooth, you do not have to sand all the way down to the metal.

3) Clean rim, to remove dirt

4) Tape off lip with ordinary painters tape, and cover tires with news paper so that no paint gets on the tire.

5) Then Paint the rim with Duplicolor wheel paint; found at any auto part store.
Use 3 to 4 coats, 20 minutes between coats.

6) Go ahead and paint your brake calipers with Duplicolors brush on calliper paint, since you allready have the wheels off!

7) when rim is dry pop center cap back in its place, and untape and remove newspaper and place back on car.
