Just joined today after purchasing a fully loaded 2011 AWD CX-9 GT on Sunday. So far, we are quite pleased and love the vehicle. This was a replacement for a fully loaded 2005 Chrysler Pacifica Touring with 87,800 miles on it. We liked the Pacifica (except for the crappy suspension), but wanted to sell it while it was still worth something (given they stopped making them a couple years ago now).
We also seriously looked at and test drove a Hyundai VeraCruz, which didn't even come close to the CX-9 in my opinion. Of all the 3rd row seaters out there, we felt the CX-9 offered the best value/performance, and the best looks. The funny thing was, I hadn't even considered a Mazda until just recently when I started to really do the research. Positive reviews and consumer reports ratings made me go look, and then I was hooked. One test drive convinced my wife as well.
