Just got my 2008 Black Mica MS3 Sport. As you can tell by my sig, I am completely Mazda's b****.
I think I'll really enjoy this car. As I posted in my old RX8Club:
"I realized, after a while, that I wasn't a good enough driver or had a suitable area to fully exploit the handling prowess of the 8. Because of this, I was having to overcome the 8's shortcomings (speed, milage) moreso than being able to use its strengths. As it turns out, I have a lot more opportunity in my daily drives to haul ass than to carve corners. I think the 8 is best enjoyed on the track than on the street. Speed3 seems more the opposite."
That's not to say that the MS3 isn't a good handling car. It is surprisingly good handling, just not as good as the RX-8. The 8 was designed from the ground up to be a no compromise track car. The MS3 compromises its track abilities to be a better overall daily driver.
Already trying to get in on the ProtegeGarage turbo manifold. We'll see how much fun it is.
