Owned my black 2009 Mazda 2 for 7 months now and I love it! It's a 1.5 sport, manual trans.
I've looked on the forums a couple of times and decided I wanted to become part of them as they are very useful and have a good bunch of people!
Living in Scotland it's tough to keep it clean but i try, i'm also into a little bit of modding. Auto-cross isn't big here but I will be taking my Mazda for a couple of track days and possibly on holiday to the Nurbergring (attn)(naughty) thats a little bit in the future though.
So far the car has: Corksport short shifter, Corksport rear torsion stiffner, K&N panel filter, de-cated exhaust (secondary cat only, still have catalyst on down pipe), Magnex backbox (off of a Citreon Saxo, for anyone in UK/Europe its a good mod! Shipping a back box from US is expensive, I managed to pay �25 for the Magnex and �50 to get it modified to fit. It is same shape as our standard back box however it sits on its side on the Citreon so the position of the brackets have to be changed.), new shifter knob (small black metal one, looks the biz), FK automotive front grill and I have FK automotive lowering springs to go on soon.
