I registered a few years back, but only now I am an owner of a 2010 model that I bought in April this year. The cars been nice so far except for vibration issues due to bad tires (getting a new set from Mazda in a few days).
well, the problem was well demonstrated, and the dealer acts reasonably too.
no, they are going with Yokohamas this time. They said they have a policy to switch brands when in cases like this, to avoid bad batches I am guessing.
But I'd say if all 4 toyos were ok then I wouldn't complain about the ride quality. When the bad tire was on the back the steering was smooth and when they moved it to the front the 2nd row seat vibration went away almost completely. Combine these 2 things together and the ride gets decent.
