so i decided to make a new thread

well i paied 160 Canadian each rim, plus 12.00 each rim to ship, plus GST

so it came out to 738 Canadian

then i paied 99.00 USD for each tire plus tax, that came out to 420 USD

57 dollars to mount the tires to the rims

75 dollars for my tire locks

total about 1550

oh ya i forgot to add the 86 dollars for stupid duty

not bad....but u could of got better ones man!!!!!!!! what are u planning to do with your stock rims? anyway, i changing the stock rims on my 3 would be the last thing would do when modyfing my car....first, id drop my car then put an intake then exhaust then other stuff....lol

Changing your stock rims would be the last thing you do, unless you have the steel rims !

I just want to ask why get the same color rims on your car. I would have kept the original on since they have the same color. To be honest with you it doesnt make your car look that much more impressive. For me I bought some actual chrome rims that make the car look a lot flashier. I wanted chrome because the alloys are so plain looking from the start. My rims cost about $1100.

Jpasta has the Canadian GX trim - which can only come with hubcaps.

With tires or just the rims? If it's with the tires, I'll take them off your hands if they are in good shape.

and these rims bring out the real beauty of the car

the dealer wanted 250 Can for each factory 15" rim. I would rather have 17,

and something that not all people have.

and is your car's colour Sunset Orange Mica or Velocity Red b/c it looks really nice in that picture..

My car is actually orange, thanks to my "expert" Photoshop skills it looks red.

I had the rims and tires installed a week or two after I picked up my car. They're 17x7 rims with Yokohama ES100 tires @ 205/50r17. I paid just under $2300 for a set of four, installed, balanced, with locks and nuts and taxes included.

bluntman. What do you use on those rims to wash them? That close up looks like they have either fine scratches or just water lines on them.

I think that was salt residue. I had the rims and tires installed when there was still a lot of snow on the ground.
