those look like stock headlights with the amber lens pulled out. you can do it yourself, but im not real user how to do it.

Those look like the stock ES and MP3 headlamps (which come only in black) with a chromed inner housings. So that it either a one-off or a new product soon to come. Interesting though, I never noticed it before. Good find man.

yeah there was a thread on it, it's just a painted housing, and amber lense removed.

ok guys here is an opinion question!!!!!!!!!! I am going to open up my headlights and Paint the housing...Chrome, Yellow, or Black????

but remember that is the Wings West protege they have mad support and probably got them professionally done...just remember if you do it to get your headlights TOTALLLY sealed back or you will have fogging issues we don't want to see more headlights like the earlier 2nd gen DSM's :)

I agree with chdesign completely. If you don't seal the headlights back up properly, the will always have condensation on the inside and will eventually turn yellow. There is a good write up on a Toyota Supra forum that tells you how to open and reseal the headlight housing.

Good Luck...I would personally practice on a set of junkyard headlights.

the euro spec headlights look like that. (chrome without a reflector)

corksport sells a headlight conversion but it includes new fenders and i think a new bumber cover because the light is shaped different. and it is big$$$$$$

Maybe you can just buy the P5 headlights and save the trouble of opening up your stock ones.

That is another good option, but they would also have to modify the wiring because the P5 has separate high and low beams. The MP3s and other Proteges have single bulbs for high and low beam. Not a big deal to modify, but something to consider.
