Hey everyone! I'm Paul. I just picked up a 2009 Mazdaspeed3 GT today.
My experience with this car is very short. But i can say I'm very happy with it.
I can't really get on it yet because it still needs to be broken in. But even getting up to speeds slowly I love the sound of the exhaust. It runs smooth and the suspension is just right. I really like the seats.

Sorry for the paragraph!

Why are BOV's bad? Please explain.

thanks for the response everyone!
i know bovs are bad for mafs cars.
i learned that from the sti guys.
I'm pretty sure its because it throws off the air the mafs is reading and makes the car run rich in between shifts.
Please correct me if i'm wrong.
Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!

Welcome and many happy and safe miles to you and yours :)

Welcome bud.

A must mods are:
Motor mount(I recommend CPE bc of no vibes, cobb insert softens up with time) and shifter bushing inserts and you're set.

If you want some serious power go with a downpipe and sri, later on tune it with cobb AP with the new 103 maps. CPE will be coming out with their sri soon, so no need to wait for cobb. If you want even more power think about adding an front mount IC.

Good luck!

at least break it in before you worry about mods!! lol

don't worry i'm working on breaking it in everyday :)
