New guy question sorry

Whats up im pretty new to this site, I got an 02 manual P5 with about 80k, currently im in Iraq fighting the good fight. I just got here the other day and It doesnt seem too bad. Well now that im about get into a little bit of money I was just wondering would it be ok for me to put a turbo kit on my P5 with the amount of miles that its got? I bought the car from a used toyota dealership with 60k on it and have used mobil 1 since then, anything would be helpful. Youll probably be seeing alot of me for the next year, Thanks

its fine with the amount of miles you have... a FI system will decrease the lifespan of your engine (in SOME cases) but its pretty much negligable... Its all going to come down to how you care for the car...

Hey man! Welcome to the forums and thanks for serving our country! I think you would be fine to turbo your car. As B1GHAM said just do the basic stuff, oil changes, etc routinely and you shuld be fine. Oh and a good tune with the turbo will help greatly.
