New guy here...

Whats up, I'm Brian 29 from Queens, NY. Been browsing the forums for the last week. I don't "Officially" own an MS3 just yet but I will be traveling to PA on Wed to pick it up as it has been ordered already (True Red). Test drove it out here in NY but they tried to charge 27k for a GT....F that.
My cousin used to be a salesman at a Mazda dealer in York, PA and knows the GM so I'm supposed to be getting a better deal. I gotta say, I like this car alot.

I've owned an 03 Nissan Spec-V that I sprayed the hell out of and most recently a 91 Sentra se-r turbo that I put together myself. I'm pretty familiar with cars as I've been working on them for many years and do all the work myself. However, every car is different so I'm looking forward to adding Mazda's on the resume.

I used to live at that dealer in York when I had my Mazdaspeed Protege. Never dealt with the sales side but the service is great.

Thanks for the welcomes...should have my MS3 this week, weekend the lastest.

I'm already looking at rim options...LoL. I think the 5zigen Hyper 5zr's would look appealing on a True Red, but I need to see it on the car. Plus, everybody and their mother has the FN10RC's otherwise I'd prob' get em.

Bronze is my other option. (2thumbs)

I had to replace my wheels on my last car twice in a year due to damage. Potholes in NYC are the worst! Sadly I'll be looking at my stock wheels for a while until I move out of Manhattan.

I bought my car from the same dealer. I didn't get much of a "deal" as an early MS3 buyer. I had my motor mount recall done there a few weeks ago. I didn't see a single MS3 on the lot. Are you getting a 08?

Dont forget about getting a CAI...Its well worth the money on this car.

I try to avoid Manhattan at all costs. I'd rather take the train unless its late at night. But yea, theres potholes in all 5 boro's lol

They are picking it up from another dealer. It's an 07.
