New England International Autoshow, Nov 4-12

Amanda's OK with seafood but she's not crazy about it.

Lets plan to meet at 10:00AM inside the expo center (after handing in your ticket). Just stay near the first exhibit until everyone arrives. We don't have to stick together the whole time but we can organize another meeting time in case people split up.

I feel like we are in that commercial..."Maybe Josh wants tiramisu. When Josh feels like having tiramisu, he will get tiramisu". Then fade to pissed off looking wife after Josh orders the tiramisu. Haha

Ok guys, after lunch, Amanda and I are heading to the WTC Boston on Seaport Blvd for A Christmas craft fair thingy. Should I get back on 93 to go there or can I drive through south boston? It looks like I can do it on the map but I don't know the area. Mapquest shows more one-ways than google maps and with construction you never know what might happen.

Oh, and Legal Seafood as well as the No-name restaurant are right next to the place...so if you guys really want seafood I guess it will be alright with me...as long as someone leads the pack of hungry mazdas to Seaport Blvd!

If it's any consolation...I'm not a big seafood person myself....and I live in the capital of it all!

Its funny how that works. People on the coasts kind of take seafood for granted. My father-in-law grew up in Ohio and he always orders seafood when we go out even though he's lived on the East Coast for the past 30 years. He likes to tell the story about how he thought fish were square...because the only ones he ever saw as a little kid were the ones you get at Long John Silver.

God I miss Long John Silvers!
I would be SO huge if I there was one around here.
Haven't seen one in AGES....

I may go the following weekend (unless you guys report back that it SUX).
Please, somebody check out the JEEP kids area for me and let me know if it's worth the 170 mile round trip.
They are supposed to have some JEEP PowerWheels or somesuch. Zack would really dig that.

Amanda and I were discussing power wheels on our honeymoon. Do they still suck as far as the amount of time they work between recharging? When I was younger I remember they only lasted like 1 hour before the battery died.

Why were we discussing this on our honeymoon you ask?

Because Disney World is flooded with fat people on scooters which you can rent from the parks. If they can ride their fat 400 lb asses around on one of those scooters all day without recharging, why can't a power wheels last all day with a 50 lb kid on it?

I don't know...I'm just bitter that the park enables these fat people who would otherwise actually get a day of excercise. Now disabled and elderly people...that's a different story.
