HONDA civic???? common cant they get better cars...although i think the honda should have won. all the eagle seemed to have done with it was NO2...thats so freakin lame. the honda at least had a complete change...ohh and another thing...i want some sponsors like that...they got tons of free stuff!

what exactly do you need to change on a talon? with the stock block and the 14b you can get deep 12's. it came with one of the best built motors ever in it, why swap it out? there isn't even anything to really swap it to that's worth it.
they did exhaust at least, fmic, cam gears and engine management/fuel work to run that big of a shot of n2o (not no2). there was a large AEM sticker on the hood, so i would guess that's what they used for their engine management, either that or their cam gears. but they were going for fast, not flashy. granted n2o isn't the best choice they could have made, but it worked
but who knows what that kid already had done. they didn't go into detail about that car at all, which is what i would have liked to know
why they were running slicks is something i'll never figure out

You have to admit that the Talon was fast considering that it broke and still ran an 8.1

one of the tuners "lanny higa" is from hawaii so that was pretty cool to see! he was one of the well known here at the tracks! he ran decent 10's with his hatch!

That show was so full of cliches' it was a riot!

a) The rice driving Honduh girl, who got mad when real tuners said her mods were crap.
b) The twenty something tuners dudes with the moronic facial hair and tatts.
c) The morons on the street trying to look cool with Neon lights on their cars.
d) Having to swap a good motor into a stock Honduh to make it fast.
e) Having the girl driver suck (I don't agree with this but it is a cliche').
f) Having the DSM break (I spit out Coke from my nose when they said he broke a drive shaft, classic!)
g) An all wheel drive killing a front wheel drive.
h) The girl getting all bent when she got owned.
i) I laughed when the moronic girl put all of the car info on the net, what a dumbass!

Overall a car "street racing" show full of all of the stupid street racing cliches'!

I have to agree... it was pretty dumb... they ought to do it to people who are anti rice and then really see what happens. probably get much better times, and get better ratings.....

oh wait what am I saying.... the majority of "import tuners" out there are rice, so they probably ate this s*** up.

YEa my bad N2O not NO2...that would be Nitrogen Dioxide...LOL my bad..
i just dont like Talons...they are ugly and just are not what i would choose to drive. but the thing that got me was that the guy that had the talon thought that his car was the s***. although it looked stock to me. he must have had somthing done to it. i thought that it was funny that he broke his drive train and (i think that is what he broke) but at the begining of the show he said that it was his daily driver. (hand)
