what exactly do you need to change on a talon? with the stock block and the 14b you can get deep 12's. it came with one of the best built motors ever in it, why swap it out? there isn't even anything to really swap it to that's worth it.
they did exhaust at least, fmic, cam gears and engine management/fuel work to run that big of a shot of n2o (not no2). there was a large AEM sticker on the hood, so i would guess that's what they used for their engine management, either that or their cam gears. but they were going for fast, not flashy. granted n2o isn't the best choice they could have made, but it worked
but who knows what that kid already had done. they didn't go into detail about that car at all, which is what i would have liked to know
why they were running slicks is something i'll never figure out
