Hi all ended up getting a 2018 CX-9 GT from the dealer for $37,000. The new 2019's seem cool and all but the "re-tuned suspension" really put me off so figured I'd save a little.

I'm already planning to tint the car and add a 6" brow on the front
Ceramic coating
Car Guys leather protection serum
Fortin remote start
Interior LEDS (Not sure if i want to to Blue / Teal / White) the car is "deep crystal blue"

Congratulations! You're going to love it. I'm waiting to trade my '16 for a '19 ... Mazda puts a lot of emphasis on driving and I'm sure there isn't going to be a huge difference in handling on the re-tuned suspension. It'll still drive like a small car, but we'll wait and see I guess.

See if there is an OptiCoat Pro place around your area...the results are pretty impressive.

Regarding LEDs... just stay away from Blue LEDs, not only they mess up with your sleep cycle, they are harsh while driving at night.

I ended up going with amber, it looks more classy w/o being super flashy and in your face haha.

just FYI the dealer said Mazda HQ in Japan has told Mazda USA that there will only be limited stocks of 2019 cx-9s until late Fall to early Winter due to all the crazy flooding in Japan.

What led kit did you use? Do you have pictures of how it looks?

There isn't a kit, just ordered 6 31mm festoon led bulbs on amazon, and then also 2 T10s for my license plate
