I didn't replace mine. I'm using the stock bumpstops, but i cut them in half when i installed my coilovers.

how hard does it hit when you hit potholes or speedbumps?

i guess the real question is, is there a good cushoin with the stock bumpstops? cuz i know with this kids nissan, without the new ones, every bump felt like it was about to send the strut through the fender and i just wanna make sure that if they need to be changed, that i do it all at once

The stock one should be fine, as long as you cut them down. With the setup you have it shouldn't been bump. I personally dont have springs but, if someone does let us know. I'm also intrested how they would ride on stock bumpstops.

if you leave the stock bump stops on, when you lower it that much it will probably sit on the bump stops constantly and that would make it ride like hell, but if you do leave the stockers on you should cut them in half. but as far as softer ones go i've never heard of anyone using them so i don't know. it's an interesting idea though. but they would have to be shorter too, or it would produce much the same result, so you might as well just cut the stockers and save the money.
