Yup...great point. A more efficient intercooler would get you more end power than an intake that gets colder air.

well im sure alot of that price is getting the parts over here from japan...

My wife is japanese and I had her read the Japanese autoexe page and surprisingly all the stuff costs almost the same as it does here. Basically there is no savings buying it there, which really sucks because I go there once a year at least.

yeah $900+ for an intake is ridiculous, our car isn't a ****** ferrari, where parts are hella expensive.

I was at a shop nearby getting work done and saw a ferrari 360 modena get some high flow cats installed, cost $5000 for the set of high flow cats. Parts like that cost pretty damn cheap for us, we should be fortunate.
