I just come across a single owner gray 1987 Mazda 323 DX Wagon that is a manual. It has 161k on the odometer, the stereo is currently not working and the hatch doesn't open. There is a tiny bit of rust on the rear left tire, but nothing too serious. The owners are both older anthropology professors at a local college.

How much does a car like this go for these days? They are asking me to make an offer. KBB doesn't go back as far as 1987 so I'm not sure.
