Damn that sux! Such a beautiful car too. From the looks of all the pics, it looks mostly cosmetic damage. The question is, will your insurance have to cover for the Focus. Good luck bro.

The exhaust got mashed up under the car and between the body and suspension. So it's not really driveable now. I've already got a new exhaust on order.

Both me and the Subaru have Commerce, and the Focus has Arbella Mutual. I wouldn't have hit the Focus if it weren't for the Suby- and the Focus guy knows that. So hopefully they won't come after me if they're forced to go after anyone. He actually said that he wouldn't at the scene of the accident, so we'll see....
I hope they can fix it- and do it right, 'cause I really do like this car and don't want to be forced to find something else. Only time will tell.

Yea, I was fine too, I even had my leftovers when I got home.
Hopefully the damage is just aesthetics besides the exhaust, and the insurance companies don't cause too much hassle, or the guy in the Focus holds to his word and doesn't go after you too.
I can't tell from the pictures, is the hood damaged too, or just the bumper?

Lee, that absolutely sucks dude! I bet the old megan racing did a number on the car that rearended ya, hehe.. I don't think they'll total it, keep up posted and best of luck!
