Here you go Mark & Josh...

Received my NEPOC decal today (Thanks Mark) and here are the pics to prove.

On a side note, even though I've contributed to Protege5 forum, I don't think I've formally introduced myself to the NEPOC crowd yet. I bought my 2003.5 P5 5-speed from the original owner about eight months ago (full service history, garaged every day and will continue to be).

Since then, I've added 205 50/16 Yokohama S.drive summer treads, Racing Beat cat back (from former forum member Tege5) and a few smaller items. I plan on a clutch, flywheel and front motor mount replacement (getting the shudder) and Corksport short shifter soon.

Looking forward to attending my 1st NEPOC event this summer and meeting a few of you!

Woot! Nice to see another P5 in NEPOC again. I do have to ask, are you sure it's a 2003.5 because I know mine was as the roof rails were deleted. Unless someone added them which is not usually the case. You may just have an 03. Oh and one other simple mod, we need to paint your calipers. At least to rid of the rusty look. I also recommend Tein S-Tech for springs. Makes a huge difference even with stock struts.

Raining outside the day I installed mine. All by myself for this install.

I'm pretty sure it's an '03.5 as it was built in June 2003, sold in September and it has the factory sub in the boot. Correct me if I'm wrong, though.

Yeah, the rusty calipers get on my nerves but if you guys are willing to help, I'd love to see them in black or grey. Not too sure whether to lower it as it's my daily driver, year round. Did the Teins give a rough ride? I've recently picked up a set of brand new KYB GR-2 struts (not the best, I know) for a steal, but packed them away for when I really need them.

My favourite mod so far has to be the Racing Beat cat back...

Hmmm...then I'd say the previous owner added the roof rack. That's quite the process to do. My P5 was a daily driver as well. In fact I made many commuting trips everyday from Cape Cod to Providence for months. The Teins were great!

I too love the RB exhaust. I got mine from a MSP owner, cut and re-welded the tip to fit. Was the perfect tone. Heh, I just realized the little rotor shape in the RB logo stamped on the muffler.
