If you currently own 5 vehicles, and want to downsize to 2, wouldnt it make the most sense to keep the most family friendly 2 of the 5 rather than selling 4 (or 5) and buying 1 (or 2) that you consider super family friendly? A full size 4 door sedan is pretty family friendly for only having 1 kid isnt it?

how much do you have to get for the ms6 for the the sale of the it and purchase of a new car to save you money in the end?

Although I agree with you for the most part, it really depends on your kids activities. If you end up being a soccer mom/dad you might be hauling neighborhood kids around in addition to your own. However, you don't need to plan ahead and buy the biggest thing out there. Wait until you outgrow the vehicle you have.

well just to give you perspective when i was growing up the first family car in the states was a 1st gen mistu eclipse. And back then we were a family of four and it suited us just fine.

Ditto. First I had a 92' Laser, then a 85' Mustang GT Convertible and then a 98' Eclipse. Wife had a 93' Altima and then a 97 'Acura CL.

So is the amount of space the issue? I'd think you would want to keep your car with all the mods to showcase for the new company, unless you're planning on building a new one.

Hmmmm.. a picture with James talking... big surprise! :p That piece of my hair makes it look like you have a scar on your face...

Pink shirt Phen!! PSP!

PSP eh? Hmm... we'll go with it.

That VW was one of many classy rides there let me tell you.

I saw a honda insight this morning (the old two door one) with 16s and a paint job I can only classify as "rainbow trout"

First day with no classes and what am I doing? I'm getting up at 9am to make sure that all my residents check out. Huzzah

Can anyone suggest a good FM transmitter? I ordered the auxmod for the 5 but It wont be here in time for LRP so I am looking into a transmitter for the weekend.

All speed6's don't have em. You need to buy the part separately. It works like a CD changer. Mine is great except it doesn't charge my iPod touch. I bought an adapter but the adapter looses connection sometimes and it introduces some noise into the system.

I hate the CT DMV! (bang)

I just spent 2 hrs at the DMV to have them contradict everything I was told on the phone. Apparently, they won't do VIN verifications on vehicles older than 2008 (Maybe 2007)

Seriously.... **** this state.
