.....oh, yeah; when gavin went own for his early nap today and melissa decied to get on the treadmill, i decided to go for a bike ride.

normall i would not go mid summer at lunchtime, but it was such a nice day out!

did 9 miles on the street and then alost 10 miles in the woods!

....first pic is a pretty steep sand/rock hill that i bet is impossible to climb.....pretty scary going down.

second one is a single track trail tht follows river for about 3/4 mile.....

was a nice ride!

how mny NEPOC members are mountain bike riders?

we really should do a day meet sometime.........

I mtn bike. Slowly getting back into it. I used to mtn bike alot. Own a Raleigh M80 and a Gary Fisher Joshua F4. I was gathering up my gear last weekend. Went for an easy ride.

i really enjoy getting out.....i seem to always go out alone which is not good when you are riding off road. i really have not done much road riding this year........

i think there is some good riding in leominster state park!
