Another Castrol Convert!
I use Shell Rotella 5w-40 in order to stop my turbo from smoking. That, coupled with a catch can, seems to do the trick so far.
Sidenote: I got an email for my case of oil as well. Thanks guys for setting that up!

^ That is a really good deal. I talked to the guy who runs it and he is a really nice guy and from what I hear runs really good events. I was planning on going but the future wife shut that idea down when she realized that it would've been track weekends in a row. 
Nelson Ledges is an extremely fun and very fast track. Just don't expect it to be as nice as Mid-Ohio because if you do you'll be severely disappointed.
I'll be there with PCA on June 18-19 for $265 though, we need some more Mazdas out there. I noticed there's already 1 MS3, 1 RX7, and a handful of Miatas signed up.

I may come out and have a little fun...need to test and tune before NASA in July

There was a GT-R and a V10 R8 in my group at Mid-Ohio from last weekend. I'm editing the videos right now I'll have to find a clip of him passing me on the back straight. The R8 was stupid fast.

oil - I've been using 5-40 in my car since like 3rd oil change. Didn't really cure the smokey turbo though ... Had one replaced under warranty, but when the second one started smoking I decided to ditch k04 altogether. Stupid little inefficient piece of crap. pfffttt.

Also just responded to a question about passengers.
Perfectly fine as long as they have a helmet. Only one passenger allowed. No extra charge for spectators or passengers. Just need to pay if your going to drive.
