Need to adjust my KW Variant3 setup but no manual... won't you help?

It's just a bit harsh for daily driving, so I am thinking I need to dial down the compression damping. However, I can't find the manual. (D'oh!) Suggestions for technique and preferred settings are welcome. And if anyone can point me to PDFs for the installation and adjustments that would be even better, since apparently my search fu is weak.

Just a heads up for people who own KW Coilovers or Mazdaspeed for that matter, According to a friend of mine who races as well as myself Mazda has stopped making the Mazdaspeed coilovers but you can send your struts to KW in California to have them refurbished for 200.00 each, and they will put everything they need to get them back up and running properly.
