the mounting depth is pretty deep, 8-13/16" and yea the cut out is 13-25/32".

is the fiber glass enclosure the only way to do a stealth install?

Something like that would be at least $500 at a shop. The tire well in my car and I think the p5 have a raised tire mount that has to be cut out with an air saw then you can start laying glass. unfortunitly to do something like that you need the car my MP3 is to different to make a mold from for a P5. That floor is raised also. with the depth on that sub you'll need the tire well and have to raise the floor about 4 " atleast.

You could probably get one done for around $300 if you didn't need to raise the floor but I think its only about 8" deep and with the baffle and ring that would only be enough for a 12" sub, might be able to do 2 or 3 tens. I am still measuring my well to try and get 2 JL 10W7s in a partial well box.
