Need pics of STOCK upper strut bearings

ok a lot of people have mentioned to me that the painted dot on my strut assembly is off from where it should be. when i lowered my car i evidently screwed something up, though its not noticable except that my tires wear more inside (is that pos or neg camber?) - except the fact that my steering seemed "softer" for lack of a better word. i want to see what the exact stock positions are so i can try to return the bearings to the stock location and restore the stiff steering i enjoyed before lowering the car.

btw here is the link, scroll down - http://www.delsingmotorsport.com/mazda.htm

on mine the white dot is where the black piece is not held down....know what i mean?? there are 4 nuts, 3 of them go on top of the black ring, and 1 does not. the white dot is on the nut NOT sitting on the black ring. another way, if you are standing at the front of the car, the drivers side has the white dot to the top/right, and passenger side has it top/left. did i confuse the s*** out of everyone????LOL

yes, it has to go the opposite where it is. notice the only nut the screws down on to the PAINT.

p.s. your CAI matches perfect with your motor(2thumbs)

ok and the other one is opposite...wonder how hard it is to change it...

ps - im selling the intake with the onset of my turbo :D

i think you would have to drop the strut, spin the plate, then tighten it back up. throw me a good deal on the CAI and I will see what I can do. planetperformance has the K&N Typhoon for just over $200 and I am leaning towards that one.

p.s. after you installed the springs, did you get it aligned?? YOur tires shouldnt be wearing at all if you have it at factory specs.

i hope it fixes the steering...no i didnt have it aligned - my wife is working tommorrow i might do it tommorrow.

i have a for sale thread but some newer guy said he wanted it but never responded to my question. im looking for 150 + ship for it, it is immaculate just the filter has about 7k on it i would say.
