My brake pads are almost done and i was wondering what I should replace them with? I don't need new rotors, just pads. I am looking for something with good stopping power and decent wear. Thanks in advance for the help.

Carbotech Bobcats. Great for the street, no noise, no more dust than stock, but stop way better. Tad spendy though, $99 front, $89 rear. But worth every penny.

As Britt stated Carbotech Bobcats...best pads I've used ever. Plus they don't ware out the rotors much. Don't get the factory pads...they eat through rotors like there's no tomorrow.

if i switch from stock pads to the bobcats on stock rotors, do i have to get the rotors turned?

you don't have to, but it's best practice to do so.

You should get them turned, it's cheap and the pads will seat in faster.
