So i am driving home from work and my car starts to stall and bog down. the engine light comes on and i pull over. after a couple of minutes on the side of the road the car starts and runs fine. i take it to get the code for the light and it says multuiple misfire and something about a problem with the mass air sensor.
so i reset the computer because the car is running fine. the next day it happens again. so i get the code again and its the same thing. i decide to order a new mas. i get the part today and put it in and now it is doing it more. it sounds like the motr is getting choked . i disconected the battery and it seems to run better. anyone have a clue as to what it could be. ? by the way its a 2001 mp3
