I HAVE A CYLINDER 3 THAT ON A COMPRESSION TEST ONLY READ 95 PSI WHILE THE OTHERS READ 155 PSI... WHAT SHOULD I DO?... other than not right in all caps anymore.

bring it to a competant mechanic and have him investigate.

ask him to perform a leak down test.

The neat thing about a leakage test (as opposed to a compression test) is that it's faster and easier to figure out where the pressure is going. If you hear air coming out of the tailpipe, it indicates a leaky exhaust valve. Air coming out of the throttle body or carburetor would point to a leaky intake valve. Air coming out of the breather vent or PCV valve fitting would tell you the rings and/or cylinders are worn.

and then go from there.

well there is blow by coming out of the pcv valve pretty bad, which put a lot of oil in the intake leading us to think a bad turbo, but it wasn't. In face i think it is the 3rd cylinder has bad rings.
