need help with transmisson

what do need to switch my transmission setup. i have an auto transmission. i want to switch to a auto /w sportshift ? anyone know what i need for that.

I have a late 02 with that tranny from the factory. IMHO it would only be worth it to be able to leave it in 3rd, instead of 1/2/autoD. It DOES NOT change gears fast at all. It's just handy to keep it from hunting a bit a 45mph hilly roads.
