Need help with navigation installation

Hi guys ..

my car is mazda cx-9 2009 .. it has Bose system ..

i bought this car dvd last week on the link below

i have tried to install it on my car and i faced problem with the sound it wasn't work .. the electrician told me it's from the Canbus which is came with the car dvd didn't support the Bose system

any idea how can i solve it ??

I've started looking into these myself and I think you need to have the Canbus Decoder option on the head unit for it to work with the Bose system.

These two head units from the same Seller you got yours from seem to have Canbus:

Have you asked the seller if you can just order it separately and have it shipped to you? Maybe it's just a different cable or dongle that you need?

Please keep us posted as to your progress because I'm keen to get one but I'd like to hear some reviews before actually buying one.
