need help with engine problems

hey guys just need help on why all the sudden my car when i started it, just was like it was runnning on 2 rotors? dont think an apex seal has gone coz when it first happened the turbos still spooled but just ran like a dog... so i had to stop and tow it home any help as to why this might happen?

Hi, cant say for definate as it could be a host of things, however does it run rough on idle and tickover really low, as in a lot lower than normal but once you get going and get over 2k in revs it pulls really strong and runs on all 3 rotors?

if the answer is yes then it sounds like apex seals,, my engine went and all that happened was it coughed when I was driving and that was it, so it does happen when yu least expect it,(boom06)
what mileage has your car got on it?

You could check your sparks or spark plugs. My last RX-7 did the same thing and it was the sparks.
