I dont think you can... When they signed the paperwork for you and financed that car, the car became a used car... you can't just return it...

Don't know what the laws are in your state, but here in Maryland on the contract at the bottom it cleary states "THERE IS NO COOLING DOWN PERIOD." That means once you drive off the lot and have signed the paperwork, you are pretty much out of luck.

Ca is a No cooling off period state too and I am a salesman, it can only be taken back due to lack of financing, dealer discresion (never), or a fraudulent sale (overpricing doesnt count ) good luck
