Need help installing Roof Luggage Basket...

Has anyone installed the roof luggage basket on the Mazda roof rack? This is for 2006 Mazda5 and the basket is the Yakima sold by Mazda part # 8L-G03A
This doesn't line up at all? Am I doing something wrong? Please help ASAP trying to leave on a trip tomorrow morning.

Do you have the instructions?
We haven't put one on but the least I can do (especially from home) is provide the instruction PDF
