Need Help Finding Truck

My wife told me that I can get another car to drive around instead of putting so many miles on my MSP .

Well I was hoping some people could help me make some decisions. I wasn't really looking to spend more than 6000 since I want to use some extra money towards the MSP and not the 3rd car. So, I've been toying with the idea of getting a pickup since my wife and I both have 4-door vehicles. I've looked around and wondered what everyone thought of the Mazda B-Series Pickup.

I was thinking either:
Toyota Tacoma Regular Cab (Any year)
Mazda B-Series Pickup (no idea)
Nissan Frontier Short Bed (1998 or 2000)

Any suggestions? I dont need anything fancy........ I really don't know what to do and its always nice to get some opinions.

I had a 1996 Nissan pickup and it was bulletproof. Put tons of miles on it while playing shows in the southeast in my musician days and never was in the shop once. The Toyota's appear to be good too from what I read but no personal experience. The Mazda though is a re-badged Ford Ranger unless you get one older than like 1994 or something......you don't want one of those rattle traps....ugh!
