Need Help, Asap!!!

i'm trying to install the ractive fpr, but i'm having some problems. gas is leaking everytime i crank up the car. everything is as tight as i can get it though. i can't see a hole in the hose, so i don't know what the problem is. if anyone has had this same problem or can offer any advice or help, please let me know ASAP!!!

gas is leaking from where. try taking it out and see what happens

well, i found out what the problem was and it's all good now except for the fact that i can't get the pressure below 48psi, no matter how much i loosen or tighten the adjusting screw. it's also harder to start the car now. anyone know what the problem is? does the ractive fpr suck, or could it just be a bad one they sent me? thanks!!
