Need driving lights for 1998 MPV!

1993 Mazda Protege & 1998 MPV
I am looking for the driving lights (lights in front bumper) for a 1998 MPV. I can not find anyone to supply them. Mazda say they are discontinued, but I know someone will have them, I just have not found them yet. (RTM)

Any help would be appreciated.
