Need Dealer Advice - Pay off problem

you had an 08 scion and already traded it in? whats with people having cars for a few months and getting rid of them???

Lol no offense taken. The Scion was way too slow for me, especially considering that I traded my fully bolted Spec V in for it.
To sum it up, they actually sent the check to Toyota 2 days ago, but they sent it to the incorrect department, meaning that by the time it is received and processed, it will have already hit my credit.
Needless to say I contacted Mazda USA immediately. I explained the situation, and that this had already consumed nearly a whole day, and it will take further time to get the s*** off of my credit report. They said all they can do is compensate me with free oil changes - wonderful. Not that I am unappreciative, but I think those fuckers should pay. If they sold the car before taking full ownership of it then they committed fraud, and I feel that they need to be punished.

Know any attorneys well enough to ask their advice or for them to talk to Mazda? I'm not letting Mazda change my oil, I've never had good luck with dealers and stuff like that... You might be able to get free oil filters though. just my .02 but I would raise hell if it hits your credit.
