Surprisingly enough, maaco is pretty good at bumpers and fenders. You will need some color-matching done on it since the paint is definitely faded out a little at this point.
Maaco did a repair job on my friend's mustang and it turned out great. They are independently owned and operated, so just find one that gets good reviews.
