Is there a schedule for Nav updates? What is it?

I believe they update the maps twice a year in the 2nd and 4th quarters. The updates are released several months later. I just updated my wife’s navigation last week with the 4th quarter 2021 update that became available for download the end of March 2022.

Mazda Toolbox lists my expiration date as the 3 year anniversary of when I took delivery of my CX-5.

My Mazda software stopped running, saying it has no internet access. Then, I downloaded the newest version and it does the same!

Same problem here. I was trying all weekend and never got it to work. Lucky for me, I was able to boot my MacBook Pro into the MacOS side, download the Mac version of Mazda Update Toolbox and it updated without a hitch. The Windows version seems to be down for now.

UPDATE: My windows pc that's giving me the "no internet access error" is an old Windows-7 64-bit machine, although it did run ok a few weeks ago even after updating the toolbox program. I just ran it in my Windows-10 machine and it seems like it launches fine. What version of Windows are you trying to run it on? Wondering if it may not run on Windows-7 anymore? On the Win-7 machine I get the error message as soon as the program tries to check for updates.

On 32-bit Win7, my last Windows. Same story as you, ran a while ago. Maybe I can get it to run under WINE.
