NAV won't start. Help please

Hi everyone,

This morning I took a quick drive, the tomtom "I agree" screen came up, i tried pushing I agree but it wouldn't go away. I didn't think about it too much, but when I got back in the car, i don't get the I agree screen and the NAV won't start. Every time i click the NAV button nothing happens....

PLEASE HELP! Its driving me nuts
