Or the place that mounted them.

I had a blowout the day I got my new rims and tires on, on the highway, with three friends in the car. It was NOT a fun event at all. Luckily I got the car under control and stopped and it was 3am so the highway was empty. The idiot place that mounted my tires put a big gash on the inside of one of my tires.

on a side note did anyone notice fireman Joe schmoe cutting the gaurd rail with out any safety equipment in place??? thought that was pretty wierd must be in the middle of no where to get away with that.
