today, while doing the usual maintenance stuff, i successfully stepped on a nail. i felt it go through my shoe, and into my foot. i had a tetnis shot a while ago, so i think i'm good, but it did hurt, and still does.
tetanus vaccines are good for 10 years...fyi. Sorry to hear about that, did the same thing a long time ago, nail right through a shoe. Hurt like a @#%$*($%&@#$@. Keep it clean, use Neosporin on it, that will help heal it faster. Hope it feels better soon. If you notice it getting red around the puncture site, get to a Dr. Puncture wounds get infected very easily, especially on the feet. In case you wondered...I'm a paramedic.
When the doctor asks "Does it hurt when I do this?" and your answer is yes, make sure YOU try not to do that also.

yep, just kept right on working, and today it hurts bad! from me walking on it. it's right on the ball of my foot. i just took a pain pill, and am going back to work again...im a warrior
